The High-level Meeting on South-South and Triangular Cooperation entitled “Effective Partnership towards Innovative Development Solutions” will be held at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Headquarters in Rome, Italy, on 8 December 2011 as a part of the Global South-South Development Expo (GSSD Expo), which will be held from 5 to 9 December 2011 at the same venue.
During the High-level Meeting, we would like to discuss how to utilize the virtual “Directors-General Space” on the Special Unit’s new website to be launched during the GSSD Expo. Through the virtual “Directors-General Space”, Directors-General of international cooperation agencies from the South will have their “own” spaces for the purpose of knowledge exchange and partnership-building among practitioners of South-South and triangular cooperation. Moreover, the Report on the 2010 High-level Meeting on South-South and Triangular Cooperation will be distributed to all the participants during the High-level Meeting.
